EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you can use our self-serve option in your account or email returns@thewoofdrobe.ie with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. We will send confirmation of receipt by email. Once you have notified us, please return the item within 14 days. We will refund you within 3-5 business days after approval, but no later than 14 days after receiving your return or proof of return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to gift cards or to items that have been used or are not in their original condition due to misuse or accidental damage by you.

Our 30-Day Returns Policy

For customers outside the EU right of withdrawal, or for returns that fall outside that legal withdrawal window, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Please email returns@thewoofdrobe.ie with your order number for return instructions.

Sale and clearance items are not eligible for our voluntary 30-day returns policy. This does not affect your legal EU withdrawal rights or your rights in relation to faulty or incorrect items.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll help resolve it under your legal rights.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards.

Proof of purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we aim to process refunds within 3-5 business days after approval, but no later than 14 days after receiving your return.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company and bank, as processing times may vary. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at returns@thewoofdrobe.ie.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or sent in error. To arrange an exchange, email returns@thewoofdrobe.ie.

Shipping your returns

To return your product, email returns@thewoofdrobe.ie for a shipping address. All returns are sent to Ireland. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable unless we are responsible for the damage. For items over €50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
