RETURNS POLICY
If you have an item you wish to return for refund or exchange, please email returns@thewoofdrobe.ie with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond as soon as possible with instructions for how to return your items.
We are not responsible for any accidental damage by you, the customer, or damage through any misuse / mistreatment of the product.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The following items are non-returnable / non-refundable / non-exchangeable:
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of receiving your return.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please ensure you do the following:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@thewoofdrobe.ie.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items / clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error, unless they are in impeccable condition. To avoid any disappointment, please make sure to measure your pet correctly using our online size guides before purchasing any products. If you do need to exchange something for the same item, please send us an email at returns@thewoofdrobe.ie.
Shipping Your Returns
To return your product, please send an email to returns@thewoofdrobe.ie where you will be provided with a shipping address. All returns will be sent to Ireland.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable unless it is deemed that we, The Woofdrobe, are responsible for any damage of the product being returned.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping Policy
Currently, we only ship to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. We hope to expand this to include more countries as we grow.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full euro.
